Payment Information

Our platform utilizes Stripe for secure payment management and processing. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe's secure infrastructure in accordance with their privacy policy and security standards.

Merchant Network Compliance

Prodcast maintains commercial partnerships with merchants and networks. All product links use Prodcast's commercial identifiers, not creator accounts. We share anonymized click/conversion data with networks but never share listener PII.

Creator Bonuses are calculated based on validated merchant transactions and paid monthly after a 30-60 day validation period.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Our application accesses and uses Google APIs to provide features such as syncing podcast descriptions with your YouTube channel. Prodcast's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Access and Use: We access your Google account to read and update your YouTube video descriptions and related metadata. This allows us to seamlessly append generated product links and information to your content. We only use this data to provide the functionality you authorize within the platform.
• Storage: We store authorization tokens securely to maintain your connection. We do not store your raw Google account password. The data retrieved from Google is used transiently to display within our application and is stored only as necessary to fulfill the service.
• Sharing: We do not share, transfer, or sell your Google user data to third parties. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, market research, or any other unauthorized purposes. Data may only be shared to comply with applicable laws or as part of a merger/acquisition, provided the receiving party adheres to the same commitments.

By using our Google integration, you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access to your data at any time via your Google Account Security Settings.
